Curb Your Enthusiasm

You

Must watch

This

Boxed set.

Unscripted, unscrupilous, unconventional, it's Sienfeld meets the Office meets Arrested Development, but better than all three. That's a tough call yes, but as Angus would say, one I'm willing to make.

  • Hey Shiloh, how did the flight go? Back in Dallas? I am glad you liked Curb Your Enthusiasm so much... :)

  • Now, I've only seen about four episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm. And I thought it sucked. I was willing to give it a go because I'd heard how good it was (but not as good as AD). I found Larry David to be annoying and totally unlikeable. I wasn't really a fan of Seinfeld, so maybe that's a problem.

Anyway, I was explaining to Japh that he should love AD, and he said he'd seen a few episodes on tv and it wasn't that funny. I said it's one of those shows that really rewards long-time viewers.

Then I thought - maybe Curb Your Enthusiasm is the same. So I'm willing to give it a go. Even if Larry David is a whiny bizzatch.

  • Hi Ari,

The flight got there even though it felt like TrannieAir was going to fall out of the sky a couple of times. Back in Dallas is great. Love the overpasses. I'll send you a picture. ;)

    Angus,

Shame on you. ;) Give CYE a go, and see what you reckon. It may just not be your thing, although that would suprise me. I think also that Larry David is supposed to be a winge; an anti-hero.
